Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a friendly family environment with breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean with sunrises to the east and spectacular sunsets to the west. You are just steps from a stroll along the beach or relax on our spacious balcony and watch the dolphins swim by. Our facility has a heated pool, shuffleboard, private double car garages and a washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor.

Living Room has sliding glass doors to spacious balcony and also has windows looking out to ocean. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room and recliner sofa.

New Smyrna Beach offers 13 miles of beach area offering sunbathing, sailing, boating and surfing.
