Spacious, open, one-level, three bedroom, two bath house less than a block from the beach. The house was built in 1999 and has a large living room that opens to enclosed private patio. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has queen-size bed and third bedroom has bunk beds (double/twin). All three bedrooms have TV and VCR. |

The house is fully furnished with linens, towels, bikes, fishing poles, outside shower, gas grill, beach chairs, and cooler. Just steps to the beach. It is a perfect location to enjoy the beach without the crowds. |

ACTIVITIES Biking, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Boating, Surfing, Greyhound racing. Cape Canaveral and Daytona Speedway are less than one-half hour away. Disney, Universal Studios, and St. Augustine about an hour's drive. |
