Pets are allowed with restrictions.  Minorca is adjacent to Smyrna Dunes Park, a pet-friendly park on riverside beach.  Non-Smokers only.  Available Monthly.

Rates range from $3,000 to $3,500 depending on season.

12.5% sales tax. 

$100 cleaning fee.
