3/2 VACATION HOME LOCATED ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH
The Lynlee house is nestled under two live oak trees on a quiet street a block from the white sands of the Atlantic Ocean. Two beach bikes and two kayaks are provided for nature enthusiasts and explorers and the location couldn’t be more ideal. Half a block to the west is a bike path for a ride or walk to shopping or the beach. A short car ride south on A1A takes you to Manatee Park from which you can launch kayaks to explore Mosquito Lagoon. Just 7 miles south is the pristine National Seashore for another launch site or afternoon at the beach.
The Lynlee house has three bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and two with double size futons. There are two full baths, a comfortable living room with cable tv, dvd and stereo and a dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and garbage disposal. There is central air and heating. A new 550 sq. ft. Florida room, furnished with beautiful Indonesian wicker furniture and a small breakfast table, looks out onto the well-manicured lawn and butterfly garden.
