The Oceanfront resort is Seacoast Gardens II, at 4151 South Atlantic Ave. in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family fun and safety. It's right across the road from a plaza with several restaurants, grocery store, beauty salon, and gift store.

There are also activities such as Deep Sea Fishing, shopping, & biking. New Smyrna
Beach is also located 1 hour from Disney World & all the other Orlando attractions. Kennedy Space Center is located 45 minutes to the south & Daytona Beach Speedway is located 20 minutes to the north.
