My one bedroom one bath ocean "Peek" condo is on the top 5th floor right near the elevator and laundry room. It can accommodate up to four guests with a queen size bed in the bedroom, plus a queen size sleeper in the living room, and a cute little "Bonus Bunk Room" for my younger guests. It's in an oceanfront resort with an Olympic size pool (heated to perfection), a kiddie pool, shuffleboard, clubhouse, and oceanfront lounging deck. The resort is in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family fun and safety.

The oceanfront resort is located within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping with a Plaza right right across the street and several other restaurants within a two block walking distance. My condo has assigned parking right near the elevator for easy access. It's well equipped with wireless Internet, Cable TV, VCR and DVD player, and a small Stereo CD player and radio. This Deluxe one bedroom one bath condo was recently redecorated with fresh paint and new living room furniture including a sleeper sofa, recliner, and swivel rocker. It has a partial ocean and sunset view from a private balcony off the bedroom plus a larger common balcony near the front door. This condo is beautifully decorated and tiled throughout with Berber carpet in the bedroom. It has a well stocked kitchen with all upgraded major and minor appliances, plus all utensils. I also have beach gear, beach toys, indoor toys and family games.

The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet, the little bunk room has a twin bed, and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
I also have a playpen if needed.
