This beach playhouse is fully furnished and is only steps to the beach.

Our updated home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and family room and are all furnished for comfort and relaxation. A wide back porch with a Jacuzzi ensures good times. The bedrooms contain a California king, one full size and two twin beds. For additional sleeping, there is a futon in the family room.

The house comes fully furnished with linens, kitchen essentials and appliances, and washer and dryer. Toys for fun in the sun include beach mats, bogy boards, skim boards, surf boards and more! In addition to being conveniently located to the beach, Manny's and Chases as well as Publix are only a couple minutes drive away.

No unaccompanied minors or pets allowed. This is a non-smoking home. Rates are as follows: May, Sept-Dec $900/Week, Jan-April, June-August $1,000/Week.
Special Events Priced Separately.
Add 12.5% Sales & Resort Tax & $75 Cleaning Fee.
$500 Security Deposit. Call for special rates for last-minute booking.
Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
